¶2Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 6 and perused the entire documents placed on record.

¶3On a perusal of the records and upon hearing the submissions made on other side, it reveals that the subject property is claimed by the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 herein. Further, all are close relatives, already, civil suits are also pending in O.S.Nos.2567 and 2403 of 2025 before City Civil Court, Chennai.
