O R D E R The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 13.02.2026.

¶2The petitioner claims to be the owner of Plot Nos.50 and 51, situated at Saravana Nagar, in Survey No.170/1, Kavundampalayam Village, Coimbatore District.

¶3According to the petitioner, the said plots form part of an approved residential layout and stand in his name in the revenue records. The petitioner further contends that the respondents, without following due process of law, are attempting to put up compound walls on the said plots. Therefore, he submitted a representation along with the relevant documents to establish his title and requested the respondents not to put up any construction on the said plots.

¶4The petitioner's grievance is that his representation has not been considered so far.

¶5Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2026 would be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

¶6Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated

13.02.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, Page3 of 4 after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If, upon such consideration, it is found that the said plots belong to the petitioner, respondents 1 and 2 shall remove any construction put up on the said plots.

¶7Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
