ORDER (Order of the Court was made by N.Sathish Kumar J.) This application has been filed to issue summons to the Team Leader-Human Resources at M/s.Apollo Tyres Ltd., to produce certain documents.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to issue summons. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the post of Team Leader-Human Resources is now not available in M/s.Apollo Tyres Ltd. and the summons has to be sent to the Head of Human Resources Department at M/s.Apollo Tyres Ltd.

3.Therefore, Registry is directed to issue summons to the Head of Human Resources Department at M/s.Apollo Tyres Ltd., to produce the documents morefully described in the application, on the next date of hearing, i.e., on
