¶1Counsel for the Auction Purchaser states that his client Ms. Priyta Jain has been admitted as a member of the Judgement Debtor ('JD') Society and she is waiting for issuance of the allotment and possession letter.

¶2Accordingly, it is directed that the allotment and possession letter be issued to the Auction Purchaser Ms. Priyta Jain by the JD Society within a period of two weeks from today. Within a further period of two weeks thereafter the sale certificate will be issued in accordance with law by the Ex. P. 292/2009 Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. V y-Registiy of ttiis Court in favour of Ms. Priyta Jain.

¶3Counsel for the Decree Holder ('DH') states that against the order making the Award rule of Court an appeal has been filed by the DH on a limited aspect. Depending on the outcome of the said appeal, it will be open to the DH to take further appropriate steps in accordance with law.
