It is stated that charge sheet in the case has already been filed before the trial court where charges have also been framed and the next date of hearing before the trial court is 26.11.2011. In view of the fact that in this case not only charge sheet has been filed, but charges have also been framed by the concerned trial ^ court and the matter is now at the stage of prosecutionevidence,this petition has become infructuous.
