M.C. 3483/2010 * Vide order dated 16^^ September, 2010 passed in Crl. W.P. 289/2010 petitioner was released on parole subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ? 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Trial Court/Jail Superintendent. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that pursuant to this order petitioner was released on 1®^ November, 2010 and his parole period is going to expire on 1l^h November, 2010. It is further contended that the petitioner is suffering from multiple ailments. Photocopy of medical treatment record has been annexed with this petition. Keeping in mind past medical history of the petitioner, his parole period is extended by another fifteeh days from 11^^ November, 2010 onwards on the same terms and conditions as contained in the order dated 16^^ September, 2010.
