# % 08.11.2010 Present: Mr. Sanjeev Bhardwaj, Adv. for the Petitioner. Mr. Arvind Gupta, APP for the State along with SI Jai Bha^aj, Spl. Staff, N.E. Distt. Petitioner no. 2 in person. » + CrL M.C. 3470/2010 Petitioner and respondent no. 2 are working in the same organization and are friends. Dispute arose between them with regard to some financial transaction which led to registration of present FIR against the petitioner. Now, petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled the matter with the intervention of common friends, inasmuch as, they want to maintain harmonious relations with each other in future. Respondent no.2, who is present in Court today, states that he has no objection if the. FIR in question is quashed. • Since both the parties have settled their disputes amicably, I am of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served by compelling the parties to continue to litigate a protracted trial. Accordingly, in larger interest, FIR No.104/2007 under Sections 420/406 IPC registered at Police Station Yamuna Vihar/Gokul Puri and consequent proceedings emanating therefrorn are quashed. \ Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.
