08.11.2011 The petitioner's wife Soni Kumari is present in court. We have also heard this matter in chambers. She is admittedly over 18 years of age inasmuch as her date of birth is 03.04.1991. She has stated that she willingly got married to the petitioner without any undue influence on his part. She has also indicated to us that she wants to reside with the petitioner and not with her parents. As such, she is frce to leave the court plemises along rvith the petitioner. In these circumstanccs, lro further directions are necessary in this writ petitioner except that the Station House Officer of P.S. PatelNagar shall ensure that no untorvard incident takes place in connection with this case. The writ petition stands disposed of.
