Bhatia, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 2 and 3 Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3 submits that the petition is not maintainable as the petitioner is not a accused in FIR No. 148/2011 dated
28.09.2011 and the petitioner in the instant petition has prayed for quashing of the instant FIR. Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. I note that it has been recorded in the FIR that the dealers/accused persons were involved in act of cheating and forgery and caused huge loss to Department. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police has mis-used the power and has not registered the FIR as per law. Since the petitioner has no locus-standi in the instant petition, the same is dismissed. SURESH KAITJ NOVEMBER 11, 2011 j
