ORDER %
04.11..2011 The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition inasmuch as certain additional averments have to be made and cerlain other documents have to be filed. He seeks liberty to file a fresh petition. Mr Chandhiok, learned Addl Solicitor General who appears on behalf of the Ur.rion of India opposed the prayer for liberly being granted to the petitioner. I:lowever, since this is a Habeas Corpus matter and the liberty of an individual is involved and since the petitioner is only seeking to withdraw rather than to amend the petition with the request to refile after adding certain averments and certain documents which have be.en inadvertently left out in the present petition, we allow the prayer. qI W.P.(CRL) t50ril20tl Page I of2 Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.
