On a notice being issued, a status report has been filed by the State. As per the status report, the younger son of the Petitioner namely Suraj is residing with Smt. Sudesh Suri, the sister of the Petitioner whereas the other three children of the Petitioner are residing with their grandfather in Amritsar. According to the status report, the Petitioner has failed to prove the academic record of her son. It thus appears that the Petitioner's son is not studying in any regular school and that is why the Petitioner is required to get him admitted in the Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. 'L. g. open school. The Petitioner was earlier granted parole by this Court on 7th October, 2010 and the Petitioner did not use the concession of parole granted to her. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, I deem it a fit case to grant parole to the Petitioner. It is therefore directed that the Petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM.
