¶1Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. IA No.44605/2024 (Exemption)

¶2Application stands disposed of.

¶3The present petition filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeks extension of time for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral record. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 874/2024

¶4This Court had previously extended the time for completion of arbitration proceedings vide order dated 11.07.2024 passed by this Court in OMP (Misc.) (COMM.) 514/2024.

¶5Respective counsel for the parties submit that the arbitration proceedings are at an advanced stage; final arguments on behalf of the respondent are being addressed before the arbitral tribunal. It is submitted that some further time will be required for completion of the arbitral This is a digitally signed order. proceedings and making of the arbitral award.

¶6Considering the averments made in the petition and submissions of respective counsel, the time period for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award is extended till 31.03.2025.

¶7The present petition is allowed in above terms.
