¶1Ms. Garima Khetal, counsel, appears on behalf of the appellant, and states that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Pre-sitting Lok Adalat on 27th July 2026.

¶2By way of said settlement, it has been agreed that an amount of Rs.2,35,000/- shall be paid to appellant/claimant as a lump sum amount, over and above the compensation awarded vide award dated 18th April 2023, passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in MACT No.1003/2017.

¶3Counsel for appellant states that the matter is listed before the Pre-sitting Lok Adalat on 12th September 2026 for payment of said amount.
