The learned counsel for the respondent No.3 on instructions by respondent No.3 who is present in the Court contends that no useful purpose shall be served in continuing the proceedings pursuant to FIR No.445/06, P.S.Uttam Nagar, under Sections 406/408/420/468/471 of IPC. Let the statement of respondent No.3 be recorded. The statement of respondent No.3 has been recorded. Since the parties have settled the disputes and the respondent No.3 has received the settled amount of Rs.8,50,000/-, no useful purpose shall be served in continuing the proceedings pursuant to FIR No.445/06.
