¶5Heard learned counsel representing the parties.

¶6Learned counsel representing the appellant in all these appeals have stated that by efflux of time, the appeals have been rendered infructuous.

¶7Accordingly, the present appeals along with pending applications stand dismissed as withdrawn as having been rendered infructuous.

¶8However, the issue as to whether the order or any decision passed or taken by the Ombudsman is appealable under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India and whether such a petition is maintainable, is left open to be decided in some other matter, if the same arises in future.
