Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Jogendra Nath Verma, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and Mr. Ashutosh Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 3. Present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "I-To issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no 2 and 3 to pay the first promotional pay scale after completion of 14 service

08.07.1995, second promotional pay scale after completion of 24 service on

08.07.2009 and third Assured Carrier Progression ( A.C.P) after completion of 26 service on 08.07.2009 within stipulated period in the interest of justice. II. To issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to revised the pay scale of the husband of the petitioner." Contention put forth by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner's husband died in the year 2010 and promotional pay scale after completion of 14 years of service on 8.7.1995, second promotional pay scale after completion of 24 service on 8.7.2009 and third Assured Carrier Progression (A.C.P.) after completion of 26 service, have not been paid to the petitioner whereas, vide letter dated 25.6.2025, the In-charge Deputy Director (Personnel-II) has informed that the petitioner is entitled for the aforesaid benefits. He added that the correspondence is done between the authorities of the Department but still no decision has been taken, for Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anurag Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Jogendra Nath Verma Smt. After the aforesaid argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for payment of promotional pay scale and Assured Carrier Progression for which the husband of the petitioner was entitled within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into merits of the case, the respondent no.2/Chairman Administrator, Greater Sharda Sahayak Samadesh Area Development Project, 23-C, Gokhle Marg, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of six weeks. The respondent no.3 is directed to complete all the formalities regarding the aforesaid payment within a period of two weeks and communicate the same to the respondent no.2 forthwith.
