In view of the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to opposite party no.3 is dispensed with. Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned authority for expeditious disposal of the proceedings under Rule 109 of the Rules framed under of UPCH Act which are pending since 15.05.2024 pending before Consolidation Officer, Rudauli, Ayodhya. It has been submitted that in the aforesaid proceedings opposite party no.3 has already put in appearance and has also filed objections. Considering the aforesaid facts the opposite party no.1 is directed to decide the proceedings of case no.25 filed by the petitioner under Rule 109 of the Rules expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of the proceedings, in case there is no other legal impediment. Aforesaid time frame shall be subject to the cooperation of the parties in early disposal of the proceedings. With the aforesaid writ petition is disposed of.
