The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents 1-6 to Remove / Evict Encroachments made by the Respondents 7 to 13 in Survey Nos. 375/7B, 375/1A, 375/2B, 375/5B, 376/2B, 377/3, 378/2A, 378/2B, 371/2A, 371/2B, 370/1 at 60 feet KGISL-SEZ Main Road, Keeranatham Village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District based on petitioner representation dated 25.09.2025.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that survey has been conducted and encroachments are identified. Showcase notice was issued to the encroachers under the provisions of the Act.

¶3Since enforcement action has been commenced, respondents are directed to follow the procedure by affording opportunity to all the parties, and thereafter conclude the enforcement action by evicting the encroachers within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
