JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)

Per. H.S. Thangkhiew, Judge:

¶1This is an application for directions to issue to the Sein Raij Elaka Rymbai, East Jaintia Hills District to not interfere with or obstruct the day-to-day administration and other lawful activities of the Dorbar Elaka Rymbai Dolloiship, during the pendency of the main writ petition.

¶2From the averments and the annexures annexed to the writ petition, it appears that firstly, the grievance is directed against the Sein Raij Rymbai

Elaka, which is not a party in the main proceedings. Further, it is noted that the actions of the said organisation which is stated to have interfered with the functioning of the Executive Dorbar, Rymbai Elaka also are outside the realm of the present subject matter in issue which is with regard to the election of Dolloi of Rymbai Elaka.

¶3In these circumstances therefore, the instant misc. application cannot be entertained at this juncture and the applicant/respondent No. 4, is at liberty to approach the District Council respondents in connection with their grievances as indicated in their misc. application.

¶4Misc. application is accordingly closed and disposed of.
