In view of the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to opposite parties no.2 and 3 stands dispensed with. Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned for expeditious disposal of the proceedings pending under Section 144 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. It appears from the record that in the aforesaid proceedings instituted by the petitioners an application has been filed under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC which also appears to be pending. It also appears that proceedings are pending consideration in view of the boycott called for by the Bar Association. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case opposite party no.1 is directed to consider and decide the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the CPC expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of the proceedings in case there is no other legal impediment. However, the aforesaid time frame shall be subject to cooperation by the parties in early conclusion of the application as well as of the proceedings.
