¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1-Direct the opposite party no. 2 i.e. Controlling Authority Board Regular area, Sultanpur to expeditiously decide the Appeal under section 15(2) U.P.(R.B.O.) Act 1958 dated 25/10/2024 Govind Prasad baranwal versus Lalji Baranwal and others with Stay Application dated 25.10.2024 under section 15 (3) of U.P. (R.B.O.) Act 1958 filed by opposite party no.4,, pending before him within some stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and till then direct opposite party no.4, to comply the order dated 09.10.24. passed by opposite party no.3, i.e. Prescribed Authority Board Regular Area, Sultanpur, and further direct the private opposite parties not to made any construction in respect of property land in question i.e. house no. 612, measuring 75.50 verg/meeter situated in Mohalla-Rudra Nagar, Majerganj, Gram-Karaudiya, Pargana-Miranpur, Tahsil-Sadar, District-Sultanpur, till the final outcome / decision in the aforementioned Appeal by the learned Court below. within some stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper."

¶3Considering the relief as sought, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.2 to consider and decide the abovesaid appeal in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
