¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i-Issue an order or direction thereby commanding and directing to the opposite party No.1 i.e. Civil Judge (Avar Khand) North Room No.25 Sultanpur to decide the application dated 18-08-2022, Under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. in Suit No. 547 of 2022 in the name of Hari Ram Dube and Another Vs Dhananjay and others expeditiously within some stipulated period fixing by this Hon'ble Court which is contained as Annexure No.1 to this petition."

¶3Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
