¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "A. Issue an order or direction to the learned trial court i.e. Civil Judge, Junior Division, Gonda to decide the execution case no. 6/2013, filed in Misc. Case No. 553/1996, name and style as Rangnath Vs. Keshav Prasad and Others, pending since 25.11.2013 relating to property situated at Village Wazirganj Naushara, Pragana-Mahadeva, Tehsil-Tarabganj, District-Gonda within stipulate time or expeditiously, contented as Annexure no. 1 to this petition."

¶3Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the execution case. In case, such an application is filed within two weeks from today, the trial court shall make an earnest endeavour to conclude the proceedings expeditiously and in accordance with law.
