¶1Heard Shri Umesh Dixit, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2After arguing the matter at some length learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
