¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) To direct the opposite party No.1 i.e. Civil Judge (Junior Division), Pratapgarh, District Pratapgarh to decide the Regular Suit No.140 of 2003, "Ram Lal Verma vs. Jagannah & others" pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Pratapgarh, District Pratapgarh expeditiously preferable within a stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶2Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
