¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue any appropriate order or direction commanding the Learned District Judge Sultanpur to decide the stay application moved by the petitioner in Civil Appeal No. 31/2024 (Shafkatullah Versus Rajendra and another) filed under order 43 Rule 1 and section 104 CPC and further directed to parties to maintain status quo over the disputed property i.e. bearing Gata No. 357 Mi area 0.1260 hectare situated at Gram Kaithawan, Pargana Aldemau, Tehsil - Kadipur District-Sultanpur to meets the ends of justice."

¶3Considering the submission of the Counsel for the petitioner that 23.12.2024 is fixed for consideration of interim prayer in Appeal, it is directed that the application of the petitioner for interim prayer will be considered on the date fixed and thereafter make an endeavour to conclude the proceedings of appeal expeditiously and in accordance with law.
