ORDER
Heard both sides.
¶2The petitioner admittedly has an order in his favour. W.P.
(MD)No.17629 of 2013 filed by the petitioner was allowed on 09.03.2017. Contending that the said order was not complied with, the petitioner filed Cont.P.(MD)No.1260 of 2020. The contempt petition was closed by recording the stand of the respondents that the order of this Court was complied with. It appears that the order of this Court was not complied with. If that be so, remedy open to the petitioner herein is either to reopen Cont.P.(MD)No.1260 of 2020 or file a fresh contempt petition. The second writ petition for enforcing an order already passed will not lie.
¶3The Writ Petition is not maintainable. The Writ Petition is dismissed. Liberty is given tot he petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition. No costs.
