¶2The petitioner is the highest bidder for getting license for selling snacks and collecting bottle in the bar annexed to TASMAC shop No. 4855 situated at Sandam, Thiruvattar, Kanyakumari District. But then, according to the respondents, the petitioner failed to fulfil the license conditions and that the petitioner must obtain NOC from the house owner of the premises which is continuously situated to the shop. The respondents are ready to issue license provided the petitioner fulfills all the conditions.

¶3Recording the stand of the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
