K.Pandiyarajan v. The Principal Secretary

ORDER The present writ petition has been filed by a Deputy Sales Tax Officer of Trichy Division seeking a direction as against the 1st respondent for disposal of his representation.

¶2According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner has sent a representation on 31.03.2023 seeking to refix his salary after rectifying the pay anomaly. The said representation is pending before the 1st respondent herein. So far no orders have been passed.

¶3In case, if the 1st respondent has received such a representation, the same shall be disposed off within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

¶4With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
