Prayer in CRL.RC(MD) No.785 of 2023 Criminal Revision Case filed under section 397r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records and modify the order dated 14.06.2023, made in CRL MP.No.821 of 2023, before then learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur, Karur District in so far as Condition No.(i) is concerned ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Santhanm Rajesh Kumar Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. S.Mani Kandan Government Advocate (Crl.side )for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) as directed by this Court in Crl.R.C(MD). No.785 of 2023 dated 11.10.2023.

¶2Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

¶3Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the time granted to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
