O R D E R Heard Mr. C.Abul Kalam Azad, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.K.Senthil, Learned Counsel for the First Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

¶2The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the First Respondent to expedite and complete his proceedings in Na.Ka. No.1591/06/Aa8/Thikal dated 27.07.2022.

¶3Learned Counsel for the First Respondent has produced a copy of the Final Order dated 03.01.2023 passed in the said proceedings, which has been placed on record.

¶4In view of the aforesaid action taken, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter, but it would not preclude the Petitioner, if he has any further grievance, from working out its rights before proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

¶5In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
