ORDER Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.13606 of 2014 dated 28.01.2022, the Contempt Petition has been filed.

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have preferred Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD).No.1378 of 2023 against the aforesaid Writ Petition and the Hon'ble Division Bench vide order dated 28.08.2023 has granted an order of interim stay.

¶3Recording the said submission, this Court is inclined to close the Contempt Petition with a liberty to the petitioner to reopen this Contempt Petition after the disposal of the Writ Appeal. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
