O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] Captioned Writ Petition has been filed with a Mandamus prayer qua a 'representation dated 25.09.2023' (hereinafter 'said representation' for brevity). A scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

¶2Learned counsel for Writ Petitioner, who is before us submits that the event is scheduled to be held from 13.10.2023 to 15.10.2023.

¶3Issue notice to respondents. Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 4 and Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice for respondents 2 and 3.

¶4Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the application has to be decided by the first respondent and several guidelines have been issued by way of series of Government Orders.

¶5We request the first respondent to consider the aforementioned representation on its own merits and in accordance with law [in accordance with law will necessarily mean in accordance with the Government Orders and Standard Operating Procedures that have been put in place by a series of executive fiat] by 11.10.2023.

¶6Captioned Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforementioned directive. There shall be no order as to costs.
