25.08.2023 and to direct the third respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with all service benefits with effect from

¶2Mr.M.Mohideen Basha, learned counsel takes notice for respondents 1 to 4.

¶3It is seen that as against the order impugned in this writ petition, there is a statutory appeal before the High Court.

¶4Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioner, to file an appeal as against the impugned order, this writ petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
