Judgment

ORDER The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the third respondent herein, wherein, the request of the petitioner to conduct enquiry based upon his complaint, dated 28.06.2023 has been rejected.

¶2A perusal of the complaint indicates that it arises due to discordance among the co-employees, who are working in the third respondent office. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that, when the allegations are made as against the fourth respondent, he himself ought not to have passed the present impugned order. A perusal of the complaint indicates that, the petitioner has chosen to make complaint as against his senior and junior collegues in their office.

¶3The allegations are not so serious in nature warranting any order from this Court for conducting an enquiry.

¶4In view of the above said facts, there are no merits in the writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
