JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.) The learned counsel for the appellant made a submission that the appellant has already initiated steps to pursue his remedy by approaching the first respondent/competent authority. That being so, the appellant is not pressing the writ appeal.

2.At this juncture, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the first respondent made a submission that the first respondent has not received any representation or application from the appellant.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this writ appeal is closed. The appellant is at liberty to make fresh application/representation for redressal of his grievances. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
