O R D E R The petitioner has assailed an order dated 01.04.2016 in relation to the rejection of approval for conducting courses by the petitioner.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner institute is not functioning at present. In view of this development, nothing survives for adjudication.

¶3Recording the same, W.P. (MD) No.7368 of 2016 is disposed of without any order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
