ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.M.Maria Vinola, Advocate for the Petitioner and of none appeared for respondent , this Court made the following order: It is seen from the records that the Civil Revision Petition has already been disposed of on 12.07.2018, however, the application to condone the delay in filing the restoration petition as against the first respondent is still pending.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioners state that nothing survives for consideration in this application.

¶3Recording the said representation, C.M.P(MD)No.8850 of 2018 is dismissed as infructuous.
