WP(MD) 14639/2016

Judgment

O R D E R The petitioner has assailed a communication dated 13.07.2016 by which the petitioner was informed that the enquiry in the revision petition cannot be proceeded with in view of the pendency of A.S.No.116 of 2013 before the learned Additional Sub Judge, Dindigul.

¶2Learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4 submits that the appeal was subsequently disposed of.

¶3In view of these developments, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, since it is now open to the petitioner or his legal heirs to take further action. By taking note of the above developments, W.P(MD).No.14639 of 2016 is disposed of without any order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P(MD).No.10855 of 2016 is closed.
