Judgment
O R D E R When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Contemnor submitted that the Order passed by this Court is complied with and the respondent has rejected the claim of the petitioner through his proceedings, dated 11.09.2023 and therefore there is no contempt as alleged by the petitioner.
¶2Since there is no contempt, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent.
