O R D E R

Auction Notice dated 27.06.2018 issued by the respondent Bank is challenged in this writ petition.

2.Today(21.12.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the petitioner has already paid the entire loan amount to the respondent Bank and hence, this writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
