ORDER

DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J. and

S.SRIMATHY, J. The order of this Court dated 12.07.2022 directing the contemnors to give the copy of the sale certificate within a period of two weeks from the receipt of the order not complied and therefore, contempt petition was filed.

¶2On earlier occasion, when the matter came up for consideration, this Court found that there is a gross violation of the order of this Court Page No.2 of 6

and therefore, cast notice to the contemnors. Pursuant to the notice, they were present and intimated the Court that they have released the sale certificate. To verify whether the sale certificate was received by the contempt petitioner, matter was ordered to be posted today.

¶3Today, the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner states that the contempt petitioner received sales certificate and based on that has has now filed an appeal and the same has been taken on file.

¶4In the light of the above fact and the unconditional apology tendered by the contemnors by way of affidavit, this Court close this contempt petition without further proceedings.
