O R D E R Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner had stated that the third respondent had passed an order and therefore, the issues raised in the writ petition have become infructuous.

2.Since the issue has been addressed by the third respondent, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner, if he has any grievance against the order issued by the third respondent, he may take it up further, in the manner known to law.
