JUDGMENT Both the parties have entered into a compromise before the lok adalat on 26.06.2022 and the lok adalat award dated 26.06.2022 has been passed in terms of the said compromise. The appellant and the respondent have also duly signed the lok adalat award dated 26.06.2022 and their respective advocates have also counter signed it. The lok adalat award dated 26.06.2022 is placed on record before this Court. In terms of the lok adalat award dated 26.06.2022, this Second Appeal is disposed of. The lok adalat award dated 26.06.2022 shall form part of this judgment. It is to be noted that the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has produced only the xerox copy of the lok adalat award dated

26.06.2022.

¶2The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that since he is unable to get instructions with regard to the genuineness of the aforementioned lok adalat award dated 26.06.2022, liberty may be granted to the respondent, incase the lok adalat award dated 26.06.2022 is not found to be genuine.

¶3No prejudice would be caused, if such a liberty is granted. Accordingly, liberty sought for by the respondent counsel is granted by this Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
