O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.] Alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.2819 of 2023 dated 13.02.2023, this contempt petition is filed.

¶2Both the parties have filed photographs. A report has been filed by the Inspector of Police, Nithiravailai Police Station, Kanyakumari District, wherein, it has been categorically stated that no cone size speakers were used in the festival and only box size speakers were used with the permissible decimal sound and that the speakers were not used beyond 10.00 p.m and the festival was also concluded before the said time. From the photographs, it is seen that at the edge of the road, festival was conducted and completed and there is no hindrance to the traffic. Hence, we find that the contempt is not made out.

¶3Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
