O R D E R When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the water service connection had been granted. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

2.In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, if required, the respondents are permitted to take further action, if it is found that water service connection was obtained unlawfully. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
