O R D E R The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the first respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Office of the Revenue Divisional Office, Pudukkottai District to dispose of a petition taken on file in Na.Ka.No.6790/2022/A4.

2.Let me not enter into any detailed discussion on the merits of the case, since the learned Additional Government Pleader states that enquiry is on going before the first respondent. I am confident that the first respondent would adhere to the principles as enunciated under law, with respect of grant of opportunity to all parties concerned and thereby would pass in a considerable order. The first respondent is directed to pass necessary orders on or before 31.08.2023.

3.The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
