O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned refusal check slip issued by the third respondent through proceedings, dated

17.02.2021 and for a consequential direction to the respondent to register the release deeds dated 02.07.2020.

2.Heard Mr.S.Muthumalairaja, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 5 and Mr.M.D.Poornachari, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 6 to 8.

4.In the considered view of this Court, Loadha Committee has identified the subject property and has issued a letter to the Sub Registrar not to entertain any document. In view of the same, the Sub Registrar cannot entertain the document and register the same. If at all the petitioner has any grievance, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the Committee and get a no objection and thereafter, present the document for registration before the Sub Registrar. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above directions. No costs.
