ORDER The present writ petition has been filed by a retired Special Sub-Inspector of Police seeking a mandamus as against the respondents for disbursement of the claim amount arising out of Health Insurance Policy.

¶2Pending writ petition, the fifth respondent has passed orders, which is adverse to the writ petitioner.

¶3Therefore, this Writ Petition stands closed, granting liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the order of the fifth respondent in the manner known to law, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
