ORDER The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned III Additional District Judge, Trichirappalli to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.139 of 2013.
¶2The petitioner is the seventh defendant in O.S.No.139 of 2013 on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Trichirappalli. The suit has been filed by the first respondent for bare injunction. However, it appears that some of the defendants were died and therefore, the suit has not been proceeded further.
